2023-2024 SPRING SEMESTER GRADUATION CEREMONY ANNOUNCEMENT
2023-2024 Spring Semester Graduation ceremony will be held on June 13, 2024. 2023-2024 Spring and Summer graduate candidates will be able to attend the ceremony. To be able to attend the ceremony, our students;
1- Ceremony participation form must be approved via OIBS (Student Information System) between 3-27 May 2024.
In order to fill the ceremony participation form from OIBS (Student Information System), it is necessary to click on the student link at the top of the screen, then the course section on the left side, and finally the diploma ceremony link below, and press the confirmation button that will appear.
Students who have problems while filling out the participation form for the ceremony can e-mail to gc@eul.edu.tr and report their problems.
2- Students who have approved their participation from OIBS (Student Information System), will be able to obtain their gowns from the Purchasing, Stock and Inventory Department of our university between 29 May - 13 June 2024.
If students attending the ceremony deliver their caps and gowns between June 14 and June 28, 2024, 25€ will be reflected in their accounts as a rental fee. Students who do not submit their caps and gowns between June 14 and June 28, 2024 will have purchased them and 65€ will be reflected in their accounts.
Wearing the graduation uniform (cap and gown) is mandatory for all students who will attend the graduation ceremony
